“my living room doesn’t feel cozy”

We have heard variations of this a lot from new clients. One of them was a young professional in the Dallas, Texas area who loves music, fashion and entertaining friends. He really wanted his home to feel cozy, comfortable and relaxing, so when he came home from work it would be a haven for him. He also wanted it to function well for having friends over, and for it to make a great impression.

He has a beautiful loft space in his home, and he decided to start there. Here is the before:
